Dr. Derrick Traylor is the Founder and President of Love City Global, a Houston-based ministry and leadership development organization committed to equipping, empowering, and developing leaders for Kingdom service. Through Love City Global, Dr. Traylor provides spiritual formation, leadership training, mentorship, coaching, and ministry development for those called to serve on the frontlines of the Kingdom.
He is also the visionary founder of Kingdom Envoy Institute, the governmental intercession ministry of Love City Global. Kingdom Envoy was birthed out of Dr. Traylor's deep burden for the complex issues facing our world and his conviction that the Church must recover strategic intercession as a central part of its assignment. He believes that prayer is not passive; it is partnership with God. Through strategic, biblical, Spirit-led intercession, the Church partners with Heaven so that God's agenda may be accomplished in the earth.
A passionate preacher, pastor, author, leadership specialist, educator, mentor, and success coach, Dr. Traylor has inspired and equipped believers and leaders across diverse ministry and professional contexts. His biographical materials describe him as a prophetic and pioneering leader with a strong healing and deliverance mantle, as well as a commitment to empowering those called to serve the Kingdom.
Dr. Traylor's leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that the Church must be more than a worship center; it must also be an empowerment center that adds value to individuals, families, leaders, and communities. This conviction shapes his work through Love City Global and now through Kingdom Envoy Institute, where intercessors are being formed to pray strategically for leaders, institutions, communities, and the social systems that shape nations.

The Vision
Through Kingdom Envoy Institute, Dr. Traylor is calling, equipping, and forming a company of intercessors who understand that intercession is representation before it is petition. His vision is to raise up Spirit-filled governmental intercessors who will faithfully represent Heaven through strategic prayer for leaders, institutions, and the systems that impact human flourishing.
Above all, Dr. Traylor's greatest desire is that people encounter and know Jesus Christ, his Lord, Savior, and soon-coming King.
